Paul is Founder and CEO of UX24/7 and has spent more than 20 years in usability, UX and Design Research. He has experience across a number of sectors including financial services, retail, media & entertainment, Telco, technology and charity, helping them enter new markets, develop new digital products and optimise existing products. Paul is author of a number of papers about digital customer experience and was the driving force behind the publication of the very first multichannel customer experience report. More recently he has focussed on global design research with publications on the role of customers in digital transformation, International User Experience Research and AI chatbots. Paul is also a regular blogger at UX24/7 on design research trends and challenges. Paul's experience includes being a Trustee and Deputy Chairman of Picker Institute Europe, non_Executive Director of Spotless and an advisor to other small agencies. He holds an MBA from Cranfield Business School and a Marketing Diploma from Chartered Institute of Marketing.
